I just wanted to add a "me too" to this. I didn't know whether it was Icinga2 or IcingaWeb2 that had the issue and it's not been annoying enough to do anything about it yet. To be honest I'm surprised Icinga2 doesn't store and manipulate dates and times as UTC rather than local time. It feels like it should be IcingaWeb2's job to convert those to a format suitable for the user. I bet that's a whole can of worms...
