Yes that is what I am looking for. Is it possible to put all the information 
about a host into a pdf fiel and send it automaticly over email?

Grafana is trending, not reporting. A report can answer things like: 
- did we managed to follow our SLAs
- how many outages did we had and so on
- availabilty reports
