This isn’t really a problem, it just says that the satellite won’t update the 
configuration files because it already has the most recent version of it.

The log level is “LogInformation” too, so it just informs you about this fact.

2.7.1 will change the log message into a more readable way, but still it will 
log it. This helps whether to see if configuration updates are pushed or not.
