I did the following to reproduce your issue: * create an unbound node. That's usually a configuration error, happens for example when creating a "Subnode" at top level without using it in any process definition * go to the fake "Unbound nodes" node, click "Add", creating a new node below that fake node
That "Add" link should not be even shown. As you probably haven't been allowed to store this configuration opening a new browser window (tab) should fix the issue for you. And could you please open a related issue on GitHub as a reminder? I'd fix this by not even showing the "Add" button below that fake node.
