Hello list, I am finally back to Icinga again and I am looking for detailed information how the master <-> sattelite communication on Icinga2 works. I have the requirement (security topolgy of the network), that connection initiation is only allowed from a higher secure zone to a lower. Can I handle that with a distributed setup with satellites in the higher secure zones and a master node in the lower zone? So finally it comes down to this: Cann I use a master <-> sattelite setup with connection initiation limited from sattelite to master? The traffic can run in both directions - but the connection must be initiated from the highe secure zone (satellite) to the lower (master)
