That's the next problem. Iterating over that many rows can kill your
browser. There are still a lot of knobs we could tune to get this a
magnitude faster. In my believes we didn't do a bad job with our JS, but
as everyone we already collected some technical debt ;-)

Still, even if we manage it to get this very fast: sending so much data
to your browser every 10 seconds barely makes any sense. So, the issue
you opened is the ways to go - I added a short comment.
