Hi, I guess check_pnp_rrds is what you're looking for:
https://wiki.icinga.org/display/howtos/check_pnp_rrds.pl It makes part of PNP4Nagios and provides --delete* options. It works based on modification date, so to automate this task you could accomplish the same with cron & find too. PNP itself does not delete anything out of the box, as it couldn't know whether a host vanished only temporarily and whether you prefer to preserve historic data also for deleted hosts.
