The PerfdataWriter feature just receives all check results and their perfdata metrics, even if they were sent from a node in the same zone. So all your involved nodes will share the same metrics and you may just enable the perfdata feature on both ends. If you are not sure about it, just try it. Writing performance data files doesn’t hurt much for testing purposes.
