Thank you, that solved one issue. Now pnp4nagios tells that "The requested URL /pnp4nagios/graph was not found on this server." and wont draw any graphics but I think that is pnp4nagios's issue?

Please disable your modules, rename "icingaweb2-module-graphite-master" to "graphite" and "icingaweb2-module-pnp4nagios-master" to "pnp4nagios". Then re-enable them and your problems will disappear.
