Hi all,

i´m setting up an icinga 2 master satellite configuration.
All works fine but i´m having a question to the command in subject.

If i configure something on the master it will be synced to the
satellites.
I accidentally execute - icinga2 node update-config -
On first view nothing bad happens but after reload after next config
change icinga(master) is complaining about a duplicate entry under the
repository directory.
I understand that this command should get the configs of local
configured clients.
But if i´m having a central managed configuration it breaks my hole
configuration setup.
My question is: is there no mechanism that recognize that i do
something bad?
Because when there is a not familiar admin which is commissioned with
an easy configuration change and think this sounds like a good command
to apply
he could break the configuration...
Maybe i missunderstood something in configuration.

Kai
