For each link, as Acknowledge "Add comment" "Send notification" and any other links on this page i got error, like i post in a start email. Service is missing. link with error is http://monitor.x-shops.com/icinga2/dashboard#!/icinga2/monitoring/service/acknowledge-problem?host=skinbeautysolutions.com&service=ping4 let me know, if i can help you to investigate this issue.
