HI Felix, Thank you for the response it is greatly appreciated!
The integration that I'm looking for is exactly what you've mentioned. * Auto Generate Tickets from certain alerts * Close Tickets when alerts are resolved. And lastly the slide I mentioned * Show Generated Ticket info from icingaweb2. Seen here https://www.icinga.org/community/events/archive/icinga-camp-san-francisco/slides/ It's the last slide show on page named "Icinga Web 2 is more – Module magic at Icinga Camp San Francisco" Particularly Slide 16. Again I'm quite interested to see how you implemented the ticket auto generation/closure in your environment do you use a clustered Installation? We added a handler to icinga to automatically open tickets with RT and (based on certain criteria) close them again, if the icinga state goes back to OK. If this is of interest, I could check wether we publish the stuff on github. Could you point me to the slides you mentioned? Which talks about RequestTracker Integration however find very little if anything about Icingaweb2 and Request Tracker on the web. We utilize an Icinga2 clustered environment with Icingaweb2 and also RT 4.0 so any information on the module would be extremely helpful.
