Yes, I have run the command "icinga2 node update-config" command again to make sure, no more changes to be commited. I also reload icinga2 process after I add the zone/host to blacklist.
And my icinga2 blacklist items look like: icinga2 node blacklist list Listing all blacklist entries: blacklist filter for Node: 'xyz' Host: 'xyz' Service: '*'. What else have I missed?
