Hello all. I hit an "undocumented" requirement in my migration from Nagios to Icinga 2. Apparently a help desk team is used to dragging a particular service state on a Nagios screen over to another app - ie the dragging action copied the url to that particular service check into the clipboard. I am using icinga-web right now and it does not seem to have that capability. Is this available in web2, or are there any add ons that would provide it? A more difficult solution might be to create some server side script that saves or sends the url somewhere and have it defined as an external command. Open to ideas, but unfortunately this is a case of being held captive to a crude interface to a helpdesk ticketing system.
