Upgrading to Icinga Web 2 Beta 2

Hello List,
I have system with ICINGA 2+ Icinga web 2 working ,yesterday i have
downloaded icinga web2
and renamed former web 2 folder and copied new one restarted Apche
service , since then when i am trying to access and enable module or
set configuration i get in both cases
"No permission for configuration" and "No permission for
system/config/modules"
My question did i did the upgrade correctly or missed something , how
to solve that issue?
Please advice
