Sorry Gunnar... Not sure, cause the problem is solved
I moved /var/lib/icinga2/icinga2.state to icinga2.state.orig and restarted 
icinga.After that the checks were running again.
Don't know why this has happened and don't know if it will happen again; the 
only thing i changed before this happened were the notification types & states.
