    When I click in the date field, the calendar selector pops up. The
    slider simply repeats the hours 1-12, with no indication of AM or
    PM, and selecting the second one _seems_ to work but no downtime
    gets scheduled. When trying to manually type the fields, once I
    click out of the field, the time rewrites itself to a 12-hour clock,
    and no mention of AM or PM, and again no downtime actually gets
    scheduled.
