app/modules/AppKit/config/menu.xml
and the route target variable is
modules.appkit.admin.users
I can't figure how where that is set though.
Could you verify if those bugs still exist in 1.11? You may also use the
packages available on packages.icinga.org - repoforge is rather dead
these days, and sadly not uptodate anymore.
