Hi Laszlo, you service should have the "process_perf_data" attribute set to 1. I find it easiest to let all services inherit this from a base service, with that, pnp4nagios should pick up any performance data - that is if your custom service check sends performance data - see http://docs.icinga.org/latest/en/perfdata.html.
