Oddly, I had the same behavior with Firefox. 2nd time's the charm. Regardless, I don't know that it's a very good reference. Regardless of that, not sure why anyone cares much about V=R.
Maybe you should write your own article, get it posted somewhere, and then you can refer to it from Wikipedia.
