My point about the UPS's is that while I am sure you know they are fine, do you KNOW for sure your z14 is wired to both? Only your facilities guys can answer that. We've been known to see a few servers go down when our facilities guys take a PDU offline to do some maintenance, only to find that some servers had both of their power feeds coming off the same...
