Scott: I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told that a certain JOB/Utility has thrown an error or ABEND etc.
The environment being used was not and still is not OO in the slightest. And the persons reporting such have no idea where the manuals are or that they even exist. As a result, we have had to set up compile JOBs to ABEND, because no one pays attention to the CCs in the compile JOBs unless we do.
