Is there a reasonably priced service option that will provide software Q&A support, like SoftwareXcel Basic Edition once did? Is z Systems Premier Software Care reasonably priced?
There are threads on IBM-Main about this, but I have not seen a good answer. The admonition to simply "RTFM" is a little over the top when many of the manuals contain incomplete "how to" information.
