I guess I would describe it as the storage that would be shown in lines from 
XXXXXXXX to YYYYYYYY is the same as the storage just shown prior to line 
XXXXXXXX.   Typically, all x'00's so rather than print many lines of x'00's 
from the dump, the LINES XXXXXXXX-YYYYYYYY is printed to inform the reader that 
there was a whole lot of nothin' going on for a while.
That's the question though... is it just the preceeding line of 32 bytes repeated over any over, or is it the same as the entireity of the (YYYYYYYY-XXXXXXXX) bytes previosly
described?

I guess I'm asking "what is the chunk of memory described in 'SAME AS ABOVE'" ?

Seems like a document somewhere might explain that definitively... ?
