I've also tried of course the host www.ibm.com, which just sends back a
redirect to www-1.ibm.com  (a site management technique not popular for 10
years).   Same thing eventually.     Even if I could find the magic header
to add, it wouldn't be possible to include that in a PDF link.

But hey, what would a new release of z/OS be without some carnage on the
publication web site? ;-)
