Do you specify NEWAPPL? PASSLIB? What is the failure mode if not an S806? I wouldn't expect address ISPEXEC to work with a LIBDEF'd library unless the code was called with SELECT CMD(xxx). I don't recall the details, but combining LIBDEF for ISPLLIB with SELECT PGM(xxx) can be a bit tricky.

The only thing that actually works without the hardcoded DD is to call 'loadlib(lmod)' which I'm very reluctant to do but it's the only thing I can for now.
