Truth is, I never bothered to take an explicit backup. I felt that our regular full volume and incremental backups were adequate. And besides, I ALWAYS cloned my target and DLIB zones before applying maintenance, and could easily recreate an environment from a previous set. There have been a few times that I did that. And I always use NOPURGE and NORERJECT in my options entry. With all those DLIB zones, I want things to stay in my Global zone until I know I'm finished with them. Another question for those of you who like to back up everything. Do you include the Global zone in your "everything"? -- Tom Marchant ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to lists...@listserv.ua.edu with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
