TCPIP.DATA file

Currently, all the TCPIP jobs have to specify the //SYSTCPD DD 
statement. Since we only have one stach and one TCPIP.DATA file, are 
there any options at the system level that will eliminate the need for 
each batch job to have a //SYSTCPD DD?
