CL Support blamed my computer (I tried more than one), my browser (I tried more than one), had me reset my router (PITA to recover), blamed the site I was trying to access, http://example.com/ ... I did a "whois" on their DNS and emailed their support address. They bucked me to a 1-800 number I haven't tried yet. Grrr... they're not supposed to blame the customer. -- gil ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
