GPL v3 says "6. Conveying Non-Source Forms.

and 5, provided that you also convey the machine-readable Corresponding Source 
under the terms of this License, in one of these ways:"

They would still need a notice of how to obtain the source.

Don’t think so.  RocketSoftware makes them available for download.  I think the 
key issue is they are GPL IIRC.
