I ran a CICS training course about 6 months ago. There were a few parties involved but start by asking your IBM rep.
The classroom was a third party provider, the training organisation was another and somewhere in the food chain was IBM. IBM have a remote lab and their materials are locked down, so you get a student ID for each student and the instructor gets yet another set of material. This class was run from Canberra, Australia.
