PLX-370 *was* briefly available to ISVs around 1995, and I know at
least one ISV who still has and uses it, however unwise that may be
from the support POV. (Rummage, rummage.) I still have the ordering
information here. It was $500 OTC, with "limited service available".

In 1998 I remember trying to order it and being just too late... A few
years later there was talk of PLX-390 being made available, but I
think nothing came of that.
