Classification can also be done on a Group, e.g. Transaction Name Group. Then 
the jobname is not in the classification rules, but in the Group, possibly 
generic.

Classification can be done based on many more characteristics than the jobname.

It is possible to modify the serviceclass after the job has been classified. 
E.g. by operator command, possibly issued by your automation tool.
