Well, I just voted for it (after I got past IBM's #$#@^! logon process).

The driver for mainframe C was "porting industry applications" and few UNIX 
applications retrieve ISPF statistics.

The IBM C library is pretty crummy when it comes to PDS members and user
data such as ISPF statistics.
