Just got this from George Deluca via the SPFLite mailing list, it's great
news, but...

Hi,

I had always promised you wouldn't be bothered often by SPFLite
announcements, but this one is a bit more important.

Version 10.1.8350 has been made available on the Website. As of this
release, SPFLite has become Open Source.

What does that mean?

- SPFLite is now completely free and does no nagging about registration.
- It no longer checks the SPFLite Website for new releases.
- The full source and development folder is available for download from the
website.
- Licensed under the GNU GPL (V3) license, it should ensure that SPFLite
and any other versions developed from the source remain also free under the
GPL license.

At the same tome, both Robert Hodge and I are backing off our involvement
in maintenance and development. We have separate reasons and you should
visit the website where we explain our reasons more fully.

SPFLite is NOT losing all support, it is just going to be happening at a
much slower pace. Mainly because both of us are also moving at a much
slower pace as well.

So please visit: www.SPFlite.com for more information
