This is absolutely no problem and comparatively easy to do. As examples, in
no particular order:

1. IBM Z APM Connect provides live "telemetry" feeds from all the
subsystems you've named, and more (IMS for example), into Cisco's
AppDynamics and/or IBM APM. Here are the main links at IBM and at Cisco for
more information:

https://www.ibm.com/us-en/marketplace/z-app-performance-management-connect

https://www.appdynamics.com/partners/ibm-mainframe-visibility/

The latest version of IBM Z APM Connect, as I write this, is Version 6.1
released on September 14, 2018:

https://www.ibm.com/common/ssi/rep_ca/2/897/ENUS218-432/ENUS218-432.PDF

The IBM Program Number is 5698-ABL.

2. The IBM Common Data Provider for Z (part of IBM Z Operations Analytics)
accomplishes much the same if you want to feed Splunk and/or Elastic Stack
(Kibana is the "K" in Elastic Stack's previous name, ELK):

https://www.splunk.com/blog/2017/08/22/insane-in-the-mainframe-splunk-and-ibm-partner-to-provide-end-to-end-visibility-for-joint-customers.html

IBM Z Operations Analytics also had its latest release (as I write this) in
September, 2018:

https://www.ibm.com/common/ssi/rep_ca/5/897/ENUS218-165/ENUS218-165.PDF

The IBM Program Number is 5698-ABH.

3. For the record, Syncsort markets an alternative solution that uses its
Ironstream technology on z/OS to feed Splunk.

Your preferred monitoring and diagnostic tools are still useful for deeper
inspection and troubleshooting, as/when merited -- just as with every other
platform, system, network switch, storage unit, etc., etc. But those tools
aren't prerequisites for these application service management integration
patterns with AppDynamics, Splunk, Elastic Stack, IBM Application
Performance Management, etc.
