I don't have a dog in this fight. IBM can use dBase III to store their data
for all I care. I don't own Salesforce stock.

But I would assume that every company that uses Salesforce considers their
data to be super confidential. What could a company consider more
confidential than sales leads, customer lists, customer dollar volume,
customer contacts and so forth? And apparently Salesforce has satisfied
those customers that it is up to the task.

Given GDPR, *all* PII is super confidential now.

Subject: Why Salesforce for SR?

Since Salesforce isn't owned by IBM why is what could be something
requiring potential decent degree of confidentiality such as Service
Request when dumps are involved being migrated there?
