I have experience with a few versions Luminex's Channel Gateway tape solution. Both have been rock solid and easy to implement. For the few issues I've encountered, support has been phenomenal. Most of the issues revolved around our implementation of replication and disaster recovery. Over all, I'm very impressed with their VTS solution.
