TSO-REXX mailing list sounds like a good plan, but note the behaviour of Rexx and CLISTs is very different (at least, it was years ago when I did this).
Briefly you can CALL an address, or module.entrypoint or just .entrypoint and you probably need to load it explicitly first. I think you can EQ an entry point. Hope that helps.
