If you can use the SLIP trap with A=TRACE that is mentioned in the APAR, then changing TRDATA=(STD,REGS) to TRDATA=(STD,REGS,0R?,+7) will, for the CADS event type, also capture the data space name. The extra 8 bytes won't have anything useful or identifiable for the other two cases.
That's probably easier for most than doing what Barbara N did. I would expect that the CADS name would contain the owner's module prefix so should be pretty easy to attribute to a particular vendor (be that IBM or someone else). We're looking to see about getting the APAR text updated with that info.
