No, it does not allow invocation in AMODE 64. But that can hardly be 
important. What's difficult about issuing SAM31 before the call?

Perhaps what is really being asked is: does it support the parameter area 
being above the bar? Answer: no.
Perhaps what is really being asked is: does it support freeing of a work 
area that is in high virtual? Answer: no.
