Ouch. True, but you missed Innovis-the fourth, soon (I expect) to be one of the 
Big Three.

A kinder interpretation is that EFX decided that they'd pissed people off 
enough already, and should make it easy to freeze-they also stopped charging 
for it even in states like mine where they're allowed to do so. Innovis also 
doesn't charge, but I expect that's because they're relatively small, can't 
afford to irritate people. Not saying that EFX deserves this interpretation, 
just sayin' that it's possible.
