I looked at SMFLIMxx and was disappointed that only region specifications can be moved from IEFUSI, not the data/hiperspace controls (WORD 7). Why not? Just like we want some control over regionsize and memlimit, we don't want to allow unlimited hiper/dataspaces to be created.
