I'm almost certain that IBM have a z/OS port of

IBM did indeed port clang/LLVM to "s390x" a while back. I gather it's
a zLinux port rather than a z/OS one. But how hard could it be...?
:-)

I saw the code in a z/OS port branch of libuv on github. I asked the developers about it and they stayed shtum. The module was z/OS specific
and had a #ifdef __clang__ sticking out like a sore thumb.

The z/OS port of the V8 JavaScript engine came from zLinux so there's no reason why it wouldn't be the same with LLVM. I doubt they will
ever make it GA.
