I'm doing an AWS class and was online fiddling with my EC2 instance when it happened. I use us-west-1a (I'm in Colorado), but there was some increased response even there - maybe as they moved resources? I thought this was not supposed to happen, ever. Should be interesting to see what we learn going forward.
