I had to clear my cookies for ibm.com yesterday, maybe that can help, you can 
test by starting a private browser session; if that works, clear your cookies.

Having trouble trying to logon onto both IBMLink and ShopZ.  When I enter user 
ID and password then hit "Signin" it just sits there, no movement at all.
