If those columns are edit sequence numbers then you can't change those with the 
change commands.

Use UNNUM to remove them.

I checked.  The column positions were 80-95.  Not sure why it wouldn't work.

 thru 95 the correct positions of your data? If  it worked partially, I am 
guessing that your  column positions are  different from what  you described. 
Make sure you have the right column  positions.
