Just be aware. The APAR PI54286 which is UI90034 was released back in Feb 2016. The list contains an additional 12 PTFs that you should research to see which fixing PTF would be needed on your system.
By only doing the one, you may find more issues due to the others being missing. However, you now have a list of APARs and a description. When you have time, you should review them to see what else you need on z/OSMF to make it run. I will usually do a maintenance process prior to bring up any product for the first time. I get the fixes as close as possible to current date. Just to make sure there are no issues that could create abends/problems for the tool.
