All, I know there's a RACF list, but I have a weird issue. I am seeing a RACF rtncd 8 SAF rtncd 8 and RACF reason code 0 , I have never seen a 'incorrect function code', I have digging through manuals, anyone else seen this one or have a hint on how I find out what is causing it ?
