Hi all,

On Wednesday 28th June at 5pm UK/12pm Eastern, IBM Distinguished Engineer
and z Systems architect Kyle Charlet will be doing an AMA (Ask Me
Anything) on Reddit's /r/mainframe. Kyle is responsible for the API
economy, mobile and analytics strategies for z Systems and IMS including
ownership for z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition. Full details on the AMA are
here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/mainframe/comments/4p3mmm/announcement_ama_with_kyle_charlet_ibm/

This AMA should be of general interest. Especially though if you would
like to expose your z applications to the rest of your enterprise through
APIs or if you already have and want to discuss different approaches. If
you are new to API's and want to see how it affects you, or if you would
like to provide z APIs but the API teams are on distributed and aren't
interested in z and you need some advice, please do come along and ask
Kyle anything.

Previous AMA events have been popular in /r/mainframe and there is bound
to be some lively discussion. So bring along your questions and join the
conversation. As always if you don't think these are appropriate for the
list-server, let me know and I'll stop posting them.

If you want to join the discussion, create a reddit account and head to
/r/mainframe in time for the AMA.

Hope to see you there!
